On the day of installation/work, the team arrived on time, walked me through what they would be doing and promptly got to work. They were very courteous throughout the process. Paul came out to the house for an electrical issue with our A/C unit. He was very nice, friendly, likable, and very knowledgeable. He was not able to fix our issue due to it being a low voltage issue instead of a high voltage issue. He called another electrician and got us an appointment set up for the same day in the afternoon. He was awesome!! I would absolutely recommend him and the company to anyone needing an electrician.

I can't even begin to express how great of customer service was provided from the tech with Fenix. Paul went above and beyond in every single aspect of the job. Robert and his team were fantastic! He took the time to explain everything and answered all of our questions. He even offered to install a handrail when he saw my mom struggling to get down the stairs without one! Definietly above the call of duty lol! Once the work started they were quick and super efficient even with it being a bigger job and everything was done perfect! 10/10 will be recommending to anyone needing electrical work!

Moses and his assistant came by today as several of our outlets were inoperable, they quickly diagnosed the issue, got all of them working, also fix outside outlets not working, and also checked lighting which they will repair and give us new kitchen lighting next week, all issues and repairs clearly explained, at a great price and with outstanding work! Wonderful experience with Fenix. Recently Robert and his team upgraded our outdated 60amp service, installed an EV charger, generator plug, smoke detectors, and a few new outlets in our garage. Robert and his team were outstanding! Showed up on time, were very professional, did outstanding work, and even vacuumed the floors after cutting holes for electrical boxes. These guys are 10 out of 10 if I ever need anything electrical in the future Fenix will the ONLY call I make.

I had a fantastic experience working with Robert for the installation of an electric pole on my property. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. Pheonix and his team were incredible!! They were fun to work with and great at accepting challenges and diagnosing issues. I am an architectural lighting designer, so the electrical scope was very important to me for renovating a house built in 1954 that we had purchased. it had minimal electrical updates so he had his work cut out for him. He provided a very professional and reasonable bid and hit the ground running. He and his team replaced and grounded every outlet in the house and added more in key areas. They rewired problematic circuits, isolated circuits and added circuits. They installed rectilinear mud-in recessed lighting per my lighting plan and were incredibly precise. if there was a structural conflict they boxed out and eliminated the conflict. They also installed a Lutron RadioRa dimming system. They had never worked with the architectural lighting or the Lutron system and I was more than impressed with his due diligence. He did his homework, read up on all specifications and attacked the installation like a Pro!! He installed lots and lots of decorative lighting: chandeliers, sconces, library lights, flush mounts.. etc. He installed ceiling fans, motion sensors in key areas, under cabinet lighting along with plugmold. He installed photocells for exterior lighting. He trenched and installed tree up lighting. He was amazing! Great at communicating and always available when there was a problem (typically caused by contractors crew). I highly recommend him!!He was literally the best part of my renovation!!
